Squash Passion is a coordinated squash booking and partner coordination service. The platform facilitates sessions between customers and supports scheduling, payment, and session execution.
Customers independently select their preferred playing partner from a list of available participants. Squash Passion does not assign, pair, or match customers.
Sessions are confirmed in advance by the customer based on their selected partner and agreed time.
Participant availability is dynamic and depends on individual user activity, scheduling preferences, and prior bookings. Squash Passion does not guarantee the availability of any specific participant at any time.
All sessions are confirmed in advance. Changes made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are flexible and may be adjusted without penalty.
Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, cancellations will incur a $20 fee plus any applicable court costs, which will be added to the customer’s account.
If a partner cancels within 24 hours and no replacement is found, the session will be rescheduled or credited.
No-shows by the customer are treated as completed sessions.
Repeated cancellations, unreliable attendance, or disruptive behaviour may affect future booking access and participation visibility within the platform.
The platform may use historical participation and reliability patterns to support booking coordination and system integrity.
The platform may offer optional physical items (such as apparel) based on participation milestones.
These items are voluntary, non-contractual, and do not affect pricing, access rights, or booking eligibility.
Squash Passion may assist with public court bookings if requested. Court fees will be added to the session cost where applicable.
For private or condominium courts, the customer is responsible for booking, payment, and ensuring access and usability.
Pricing reflects a managed coordination service covering scheduling, communication, and reliability enforcement.
Partner pricing is set individually by participants and must be confirmed prior to booking.
Customers are expected to arrive on time, prepared to play, and act in good faith.
Abusive behaviour or repeated disruption may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Squash is a physically demanding sport. Participation is at your own risk.
Squash Passion accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during sessions.
Bookings, communications, and payment records may be used for verification and dispute resolution.
Squash Passion will make reasonable determinations in the event of disputes.
By using this service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All matters are governed by the laws of Singapore.
All branding, content, and materials remain the property of Squash Passion and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squash Passion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Use of the service implies acceptance of this limitation.
